Terms & Conditions

Consignor agrees to consign merchandise for resale. Ownership remains with the Consignor until items are sold.

We accept high-quality men’s clothing, shoes, and accessories that are clean, authentic, and current in style.

Consign-mens establishes pricing and may adjust prices as necessary to maximize likelihood of sale.

90 days. Items must be retrieved within 7 days after or are considered abandoned.

Consignor earnings are as follows:

• Items under $500: 50% to Consignor / 50% to Consign-mens
• Items $500 and above: 60% to Consignor / 40% to Consign-mens

Payment details will be collected on a separate consignor information form.

Consignor guarantees authenticity. Counterfeits removed and handled per policy.

Not liable for loss/damage beyond control. Not insured for full value.

Either party may terminate. Items must be retrieved within 7 days.

This Agreement shall be governed by Pennsylvania law, with disputes in Allegheny County courts.
