Consignment of Goods
Consignor agrees to consign merchandise for resale. Ownership remains with the Consignor until items are sold.
Item Acceptance
We accept high-quality men’s clothing, shoes, and accessories that are clean, authentic, and current in style.
Pricing & Markdown
All pricing is determined by Consign-Mens. Items may be discounted at our discretion.
Consignment Period
90 days. Items must be retrieved within 7 days after or are considered abandoned.
Commission
Consignor earnings are as follows:
• Items under $1,000: 50% to Consignor / 50% to Consign-Mens
• Items $1,000 and above: 60% to Consignor / 40% to Consign-Mens
Payment
Payment details will be collected on a separate consignor information form.
Ownership & Authenticity
Consignor guarantees authenticity. Counterfeits removed and handled per policy.
Liability
Not liable for loss/damage beyond control. Not insured for full value.
Termination
Either party may terminate. Items must be retrieved within 7 days.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by Pennsylvania law, with disputes in Allegheny County courts.
